I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was great for out-of-town guests, but I was disappointed when they didn't inform me of the total price upfront. The chlorine smell was a bit off-putting, though.

The service during the March 2018 snowstorm was truly impressive, even though the level of cleanliness needed improvement. However, the staff responding promptly to our request for cleaning staff employees was a relief.
